24 Sept 2014: Developers win Solwaybank wind farm appeal
A renewable energy firm is to appeal against the rejection of plans for a 15-turbine wind farm near the border between Scotland and England.
Dumfries and Galloway Council turned down the scheme because of seismic and radar concerns.
Developer RES said both those objections had now been withdrawn.
A Scottish government reporter has upheld their appeal and ruled the wind farm, near Langholm, can proceed
