The Renewable Energy team at Michelmores LLP has acted for Spanish-headquartered Gamma Solutions in its purchase and subsequent sale of CHISBON solar farm, a 12.4MW project in Essex.

ESCO sells 23.5MW portfolio of UK PV projects to Gamma and SunEdison
CHISBON Solar Farm Ltd, a 12MW PV project scheduled to be built near Clacton-on-Sea, was acquired by Gamma. Construction is slated to begin within the next few months.
