Westbury solar farm plan gets the go-ahead BLENCHES MILL - The planned 12.5-hectare site, which is adjacent to the sewage treatment works in Slag Lane, was agreed by Wiltshire Council at their planning meeting on November 27.
JinkoSolar notches UK PV double The 15.3MW Hook Valley Farm scheme, which is to be sited on 78 acres near Wincanton in Somerset, will feature around 60,000 panels. The 6MW BLENCHES MILL plant in Wiltshire will feature some 23,400 units.
Proposal for solar farm on outskirts of Westbury A NEW solar farm, covering approximately 12.5 hectares, is being planned for land at BLENCHES MILL, Slag Lane.
The site, which is agricultural land and has been used for grazing and arable use, is located on the outskirts of Westbury
BLENCHES MILL Solar Farm receives Planning Approval Permission was granted by Wiltshire Council at their Planning Meeting on Wednesday 27th November 2013 for a Solar Park at BLENCHES MILL, a 12.5 hectare site adjacent to the sewage treatment works and Westbury Business Park.
