The solar farm will have the ability to produce 19 million hours of renewable electricity. The site has been selected as the landscape is very low lying, and there is almost no visibility from public roads or other public rights of way. Land grade is low. A Point of Connection offer has been received from the local electricity company, Western Power. Planning permission was granted in October 2014.
