TEEC are actively seeking new solar farm sites, of around 25-30 acres in size, critically with landlords that have their own (or a separate neighbouring) high electricity usage we can supply to. This then allows us to offer both a generous rental yield for the land and the supply of reduced price green power to your business. A further option is that if you have a neighbouring business with a high energy requirement, we could supply your neighbour with electricity whilst offering the high rental yields to you as the landowner.
